We at Warrior Rack stand behind our product 100%. If you are not happy with the rack you receive then return it within 7 days, no questions asked.
- Customers should communicate their intent to return an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call (765)273-7442.
- All shipping, initial order shipping and return shipping, will be the responsibility of the customer. The item should be shipped to 401 W. Willard St., Muncie, IN 47302
- You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Item must be re-packed and shipped in original packaging in manner that damage will not occur. If assistance is needed with proper packaging please email email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Partial refunds: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
